This class is perfect for teens and those who are just crossing over to the baking world. In this 3 hour session, we will be baking a cake, learning to achieve smooth, sharp edges and buttercream consistency to create the perfect canvas on a single tier cake. We will go over pricing, packaging and buttercream design techniques. This class does NOT include covering cakes in fondant. Make one payment of $300 or two payments of $150. Call for scheduling.
